Re: Canopy — Commercial Hotel

Attached is a memorandum from the Senior Building Inspector, August
7th, 1974, advising that the Building & Protection Committee has recommended that the
canopy of the Commercial Hotel, which projects approximately 23' into City property, be
permitted to remain as it is at the present time, and if Council so wishes, a resolution

to endorse the recommendation of the Committee would be in order.
