Moved by Alderman Traboulay: Seconded by Alderman Keryluk: That the Council recess at this time for the purpose of discussing Rezoning Application R#15-74 in Committee. Carried. All members of Council vacated the Council Chamber at 8:20 p.m. to attend an in camera meeting in the Office of the Mayor, and at 8:49 p.m. the meeting reconvened when all members of Council returned to the Council Chamber and resumed their seats. Submission of suitable development and landscape plans. 2. Approval of City Engineer on off-site servicing. Addition of on-site recreational and communal facilities. Reduction of on-site pavement.
