CORPORATION OF THE CITY © BXYLAW NO, 2937 A Bylaw to amend the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: L. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as "Port Coquitlam: Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1994, No, 2937", Those certain parcels of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which are more particularly described as: Lots 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, & 20 District Lot 255 Group One Plan 2538 New Westminster District as shown on Schedule I attached to and forming part of this Bylaw, are hereby rezoned trom RS-1 (Large Lot Residential) to RS-2 (Small Lot Residential), and the Zoning Map of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning. Those certain parcels of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which are more particularly described as: Lots 21 & 22 District Lot 255 Group One Plan 2538 New Westminster District as shown on Schedule I attached to and forming part of this Bylaw are hereby rezoned from RS-1 (Large Lot Residential) to a RT-1 (Two Family Residential), and the Zoning Map of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning. e~ Location of Property Affected: 1938/46/50/54 McLean Avenue Intent of the Bylaw: a . | To permit development of five single family lots, one duplex lot, and one lot for a pump station.
