be for not less than One Million (#1,000,000.00)
Dollars each occurrence;

the City shall be added as an additional named
insured under the Comprehensive General Liability

Insurance;

a Cross Liability clause shall be made part of the
Comprehensive General Liability Insurance;

all policies shall provide that they can not be
cancelled, lapsed or materially changed without at
least thirty (30) days' notice to the City by
Registered Mail;

upon execution of this Agreement the Lessee shall
file with the City a certified copy of each
insurance policy required; and

the Lessee hereby releases, indemnifies, and
forever discharges and saves harmless the City
from any and all liability whatsoever arising as 4
result of the operation, use or maintenance of the
improvements and Lands and against all manner of
actions, causes of action, suits and demands
whatsoever at law or at equity which the Lessee
may have at any time against the City.

The City:

(a) will provide water hookup, sewer hookup and
electrical hookup to the community building free

of charge;
