NOY 18 DEC - 9 1991 JAN 6 - 1992 WHEREAS the Corporation. of the City of Port Coquitlam ig desirous of cancelling portions of road shown dedicated in the City of Port Coquitlam in the Province of British Columbia; WHEREAS the Registered Owner of the lands described in Section 2 of this Bylaw have agreed to convey land to the City in exchange so that it may be established as an addition to the roads in the City. AND WHEREAS the “Municipal Act” being Chapter 290 of the Revised Statutes of British Columbia, 1979, provides that the Council may by Bylaw dispose of any portion of a highway in exchange fox such lands as may be necessary for the purpose of improving, widening, straightening, relocating or diverting the highway ; NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in opyn meeting assembled, enacts as follows: 1. The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam is hereby authorized to convey to the Registered Owner of the lands deseribed in the next Section hereof s a.) a 499.7 mé@ portion of road in District Lot 255, Group 1, dedicated by Plan 2106, identified as Parcel "1" and shown hatched on a plan certified by Robert M. Reese, British Columbia Land Surveyor, dated the 28th day of October, 1991; and, a 58.0 m@ portion of road in District Lot 255, Group 1, dedicated by Plan 2106, identified as Parcel "2" and shown hatched on a plan certifled by Robert M. Reese, British Columbia Land Surveyor, dated the 28th day of October, 1991; in New Westminster District, at or for the price or sum of $20,000.00 and in exchange for that certain parcel or tract of land described in the next Section hereof, The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam is hereby authorized to purchase of and from the Registered Owner thereof: a 837.2 m* portion of Lot 1, Plan 22343 in District Lot 255, Group l, identified as Parcel "3" and shown included within the heavy outline on a plan certified by Robert M. Reese, British Columbia Land Surveyor, dated the 28th day of October, 1991; in New Westminster District, at or for the price or sum of $1.00 and in exchange for those certain parcels or tracts of land described
