DISCUSSION s The rezoning of this property is required to facilitate che location of a major food warehouse and distributor within the Mary Hill Industrial Estate. At present, the areas fronting along the Mary Hill Bypass and Kingsway are designated as a Development Permit Area to encourage a higher standard of design. As a condition of this rezoning, it is proposed that Development Permit Area I as designated in the Official Community Plan, be amended to include the entire subject site. A map showing the amendment is attached as Appendix A.
