The Committee recommends that funds be approved for the design only at
present, and that Shaflik Engineering be hired to do the work. Under the
calculations approved by the Ministry of Municipal Affairs for Road DCC's,

hence oo mealies have to be contributed from the Public Works Capital Budget.
