Purolator Cup.

That the City Council endorse in principle the Port Coquitlam's Minor
Hockey Association's application to host the 1990 Purolator Challenge Cup.

From the Parks and Recreation Director, April 28th, 1988 regarding
Concert.

Moved by Alderman Laking:
Seconded by Alderman Gates:

That the concert scheduled for June 3rd, 1988 in the Mabbett Room be
permitted under the following conditions:

a) damage deposit be increase to $250.00 and that the applicant be
charged the commercial rental rate.

b) Building security must be provided at a rate of one adult for every 50
tickets sold. These people must be responsible adults, readily

identified and must regularly patrol the rental facility and the
grounds outside.

Tickets must be sold in advance only. there will be no ticket sales
at the door.

There will not be any alcohol or other intoxicants allowed on site or
in the building. :

The City of Port Coquitlam Parks and Recreation Department will notify
the R.C.M.P. of this event.

Entrances and exits must be controlled by respousible adults.

From the City Clerk, April 26th, 1988 regarding Property Consolidation
Holland Avenue.

That the reference plan prepared by Walter E. Frith, BCLS, and dated

February 23rd, 1988 wherein the pertion of dedicated road referred to in the.
"Holland Avenue Road Exchange Bylaw, 1988, No. 2349" is added to adjacent.

property and Lots A and B with areas of 0.7280 ha and 0.46387 ha are created be
and same is hereby approved;

AND THAT His Worship the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to Sign the
said reference plan and such other documents as may be required on behaif of
the City and affix the City's Corporate Seal thereto.
