BYLAW NO. 2334

A Bylaw to amend the "Port Coquitlam
Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240",

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in
open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

i. The "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" is amended as follows:

(a) In Section 1001(3)(a), the words "10 percent" are deleted and the
words "30 percent" substituted,

(b) In Section 1001(4)(e), the words "Where the rear yard abuts or its
separated by a lane froma lot in a residential or institutional
zoning district" are added before the current regulation.

(c) In Section 1001(4)(g)(i), the words "abutting streets and lanes"
are deleted and the words "Broadway, Coast Meridian, Davies,

Huntington, Kingsway, McLean and Tyner streets where they abut the |
lot" substituted.

. 2. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "Port Coquitlam Zoning .
Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1988 No. 2334".
