THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM

BYLAW NO. 2112

A Bylaw to stop up and close to traffic a portion
of Road shown dedicated on Plan 2294 In Olstrict
Lot 466, Group One, New Westminster District,

In the Clty of Port Coquitlam.

WHEREAS pursuant to Clause (b) of Subsection (1) of Section 57B of the "Municipal

Act", being Chapter 290 of the Revised Statutes of British Columbla, 1979, the

Municipal Councli may by bylaw stop up and close to traffic a highway or any

portion of a highway;
AND WHEREAS the Municlpal Councl! of The Corporation of the Clty of Port

Coquitiam deems It desirable and expedient that certaln portions of highway
herelnafter described be stopped up and closed to traffic;

NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Counc!! of The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam, [in ope meeting assembled, enacts as follows: :

All that portion of Road dedicated on Plan 2294 In District Lot 466, Group One,
New Westminster District contalning an area of 741.9m2 Included within the heavy
outline on a Reference Plan certifled by Vernon C. Goudal, British Columbla Land

Surveyor, dated the 4th day of July 1985, a copy of which Is attached hereto,

ig hereby stopped up and closed to traffic.

This Bylaw may be clted for all purposes as the "Suffolk Avenue (Plan 2294) Road
Closure Bylaw, 1985, No. 2112",
