BACKGROUND: The subject Properties are 3 33-foot lots of RS-2
‘zoning. The proposed zoning change!“to allow the
consolidation of the 3. lots and subsequent
Subdivision into 2 RS~1 lots. It is important
to note that the consolidation must be completed
prior to final approval cf the zoning change.

RECOMMENDATION: The Committee recommends that this application
be advanced to Public Hearing.
