BY-LAW NO. 1757

A By~law to provide for the adoption of a capital expenditure
programme,

WHEREAS Section 199A of the "Municipal Act" being Chapter 290 of the
Revised Statutes of British Columbia, 1979, requires that on or before
the fifteenth day of May in each year the Council shali cause to be
Prepared and adopt by by-lew a capital expenditure programme for a period
of not less than five years, showing estimates of the proposed source and
application of funds for capital purposes for each year of the programme;

NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of
Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

i. Schedule "A" to this By-law shall be the capital expenditure
programme of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam for the years
1980, 1981, 1982, 1983, 1984, 1985, 1986, 1987, 1988, 1989, and at five
“year intervala from 1990 through 1999.

2. The capital expenditure programme contained in Schedule "A" shall
remain fn force and effect until a new capital expenditure programme is
adopted in the year 1981.

3. This By-law may be cited for all purposes as the "City of Port

‘Coquitlam Capital Expenditure Programme By-law, 1980, No. 1757".
