"City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By~Law;" AND WHEREAS the Applicant desires to continue to provide off-street parking for the business premises with the Parking premises in substitution for off-street parking upon his business premises, has made application to the Corporation for permission to use the parking premises for such Purposes and the Corporation has agreed to grant such use in the form and to the extent hereinafter provided; NOW THEREFORE THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH that in consideration of the Payment of One Dollar ($1.00) now paid by the Applicant to the Corporation, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the Parties hereto covenant and agree each with the other as follows: 1. (a) The Applicant agrees to grant and does hereby grant to the Corporation the use of TWENTY (20) parking spaces within the aforesaid parking premises, in substitution for the same number of off-street parking spaces which the said Applicant is required to provide by the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-Law 1969, Number 918" as amended, for the building or structure situate on the said business premises of the Applicant and hereinbefore defined, and such parking Spaces shall be for the free use of the public patronizing the business premises. (b) This right to park shall be valid notwithstanding any change in the Ownership of the said lands and shall remain attached to the said lands and shall be deemed to provide compliance with the requirements of the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-Law" for off-street parking facilities for the business premises, to the same extent and subject to the same limitations as though off-street parking had been provided on the said lands; and shall be subject to the provisions of Clause (a) and (d) of this Section. (c) The applicant May erect a sign on the parking premises advising that parking thereon is for the use of members of the public patronizing the business premises. ra j
