THOR, as he.is known peared on the Merv Griffin Show which was ‘taped before a capacity audience at Caesar’s Palace. on the famous Las Vegas strip. The telecast which includes Liberace and comedian Foster Brooks was shown in most Canadian and US. cities on either August 5 or 12 or both. Toronto area viewers saw THOR in a segment of his complete show on Thursday night, August 5.on CHCH-TV and the following Thursday evening, August 12 on WBEN-TV. |. In April, 1976 THOR appeared in the KISS concert at Toronto's Maple Leaf Gardens. In February, 1976 he ‘formed a new group with professionally, then ap-. three friends from B.C. — Frank Soda, guitar; Charles Towers, bass; and Terracite James Lord, drums and percussion. They are now called THOR & HIS IMPS.
