DISCUSSION:

As the road width does not change from Penny place to Helen Crescent the existing 'No :
Parking’ signs should be extended to Helen from Delia on Eastern westside. When the signs are §
installed the center line marking should also be changed to two solid lines from Delia to Helen.

After reviewing Bylaw 1117 for the extent of the ‘No Parking' zone on Eastern, it was noted
that this area does not exist in the current Bylaw although the signs have been in place for
approximately 25 years. To enable the City to enforce the No Parking Regulations the current
Bylaw 1117 should be amended with the following:
