October 25, 1993/322 A Public Hearing pursuant to Section 956 of the Municipal Act was held prior to the Council Meeting of the Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam held in the Council Chambers, Port Coquitlam City Hall, 2580 Shaughnessy Street, Port Coquitlam, BC on Monday, October 25th, 1993, at 7:30 p.m. Mayor L.M. Traboulay and Councillors, M.D. Gates, M.J. Gordon, J.J. Keryluk, R.H. Talbot, M.A. Thompson, and M.R. Wright were in attendance. Also in attendance were Adrainistrator B.R. Kirk, City Clerk S. Rauh, and Director of Community Planning C.R. Felip. PUBLIC HEARING: Mayor Traboulay advised the following proposed Bylaws would now be considered: Bylaw No. 2841 To rezone: Parcel A District Lot 464. Group One Reference Plan 84535 New Westminster District from RM-1 (Low Density Apartment) to RM-4 (Apartment). The property is located at 3120 and 3132 Flint Street and would permit the development of a 27 unit apartment building. No one was present to speak regarding the proposed zoning amendment. Bylaw No. 2842 To rezone: Lot 9 Section 6 Block 6 North Range | East Plan LMP9867 New Westminster District from RS-2 (Smali Lot Residential) to RT-1 (Two-Family Residential) The property is located at 2441 Gillespie Street and would permit the development of two-family dwelling. Ms. Azlene Crowe, 1749 Myrtle Way spoke in opposition to this zoning, and also mentioned that there isn’t any zoning sign on the property.
