Probably 40 to 50 properties would fit this category. CONCLUSI ON: li will be extremely difficult to unplement a retro-active policy on access to arterial streets at this point in the development history of Port Coquitlam. However, if we implement a policy now for all future developme ent or lot re-development then over time it will tend to correct itself.
