Per Mr. Urdahl's suggestion I will discuss the possibility of usinc
children as crossing guards with Miss Strang, Principal of Birchlar..
School, and the P.T.A. Howaver, as the school has just expanded to
Grade 6 I am not sure if this option is viable either.

The remaining options require action from the City. As this is your
forum, you have an Opportunity to take positive, affirmative action by
not undervaluing a life.
