Intent of the Bylaw:

To parmit the construction of a 21 unit Apartment Building.

Inspection of Documents:

A copy of the proposed Bylaw may be inspected in the Office of the City Clerk,
2580 Shaughnessy Street, Port Coquitian, B.C., between the hours of 8:30 aem. tO
12:00 pem. and 1:00 p.m. to 4330 pele, except Saturdays, Sundays, and any
Statutory Holiday, from February 5th, 1991 until February 95th, 1991.

Also available for inspection are copies of the “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaws
1987, Noe 2240" (which would be amended by the proposed Bylaw) and various
reports and plans referring specifically to the purpose of the amending Bylaw.

Public participation:

at the hearing the public shall be allowed to nake representations to the
Council respecting matters contained in the proposed Bylaw and all persons who
believe their interest in property is affected by the propose” Bylaw shall be
afforded a reasonable opportunity to be heard or CO present WT: ten submissions
respecting matters contained in the Bylaw.
