RECOMMENDATION:

At the request of and pursuant to the Agreement with Imasco Enterprises

Inc. signed the 8th day of November, 1990, BE IT RESOLVED that the works and

services described in the aforesaid Agreement and installed or to be installed
by the said Imasco Enterpris

es ine. in connection with the development of the
lands described as: | . -

That Portion of Lot 9, Plan 68514, D.L.'s 232, 340, 341 and 344, Group 1,

N.W.D., shown on a survey plan signed by Robert M. Reese, B.C.L.S. and
dated September 5, 1990 7 as

are hereby conclusively deemed to be for the sole benefit of those lands and.
that none of the cost of providing the said works and services shall.

constitute "excess or extended - services" as defined by Section 990 of the’
Municipal Act. a

AND THAT the. aforesaid Agreement be and the same is hereby approved and
at the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to sign the same on behalf of the
City and to affix the Corporate seal thereto... . .

BACKGROUND AND COMMENTS:

The Agreement that would _be approved by passage of the above noted

resolution follows the City's standard form for such Agreements and is
available for perusal in the Clerk's office.
