Dear Bryan:

It has been my pleasure to serve the City of Port Coquitlam as
Emergency Program Co-ordinator for over two years. Unfortunately
the responsibilities of my Fire Prevention position along with my
personal obligations have made it difficult for me to provide the
time and effort which the position requires.

Therefore I am tendering my resignation as of August 31, 1986.

It is my recommendation that Alternate Program Co-ordinator Terry
Clarke be appointed to the position of Program Co-ordinator and
it would be my pleasure to serve in the capacity of Alternate

Co-ordinator.
