The City Treasurer has been consulted in this matter. He
advises that with Council's approval, the required $12,500.00
needed for pre~servicing these lots can be charged to'a
Deferred-Account at this time with the understanding that this
account be credited as service connection fees are collected
from the owners in the future.

In considering this matter Council should be aware that

applications have already been received from the owners of Lots
23 and 31 to have service connections provided to their

property.
