On further contemplation, and discussion with our tenants, I believe much can be gained from looking seriously at a Parking Plaza for the rear of the building. To this end I have prepared the attached sketch for your consideration. It essentially provides for maximum use of space on our property and provides a curb for addition- al parallel parking. It is necessary to impinge to some degree on what would normally be "boulevard" but not. be- yond the curb line. Added benefits would be an improved definition of the street and certainly a further improve- ment in the general appearance of the property. If, with your assistance we could achieve something very close to this plan, I believe we could solve our Tenant Parking problem and generally improve the appearance of Sefton Street. , I look forward to your comments.
