A Bylaw to authorize The Corporation of the City of Port FEB 17 1986
Coquitlam to dispose of portions of Road shown dedicated MAR 17 1986
in District Lot 232, Group One, New Westminster District,
in oxchange for sufficient land to relocate the sald :
roads. :

WHEREAS The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam Is desirous of cancel ling
portions of Road shown dedicated in District Lot 232, Group One, New Westminster
District in the City of Port Coquitiam in the Province of British Columbia;

ANDO WHEREAS the Registered Owner of the land described in Section 2 of this Bylaw has
agreed to convey the said land to the City In exchange for the lands comprising the
portions of Road shown dedicated in District Lot 232, Group One, New Westminster

District to be cancelled;

AND WHEREAS the "Municipal Actt being Chapter 290 of the Revised Statutes of British
Columbla, 1979, provides that the Council] may by Bylaw dispose of any portion of a
highway in exchange for such lands as may be necessary for the purpose of improving,
widening, straightening, relocating or diverting the highway;

NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitiam,
in open meeting assembied, enacts as follows:

The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitiam is hereby authorized to convey to the
Registered Owner of the lands described In Section 2 of this Bylaw, ALL AND SINGULAR
those certain parcels or tracts of land and premises which may be more particularly

described as foliows:
All that portion of road shown dedicated itn District Lot 232, Group One, New

Westminster District shown hatched on a reference plan certified by D.J. Dyck,
British Columbia Land Surveyor, and dated the lith day of February, 1986, a copy of

which is attached hereto;

at or for the price or sum of $1.00 and in exchange for those certain parcels or
tracts of land described In the next Section hereof.

The Corporation of the City of Port Coquittam is hereby authorized to purchase of and
from the Registered Owner thereof ALL AND SINGULAR those certain parcels or tracts of
tand and premises which may be more particularly deseribed as follows:

All that portion of Parcel "H" (Plan with fee deposited 25132E) of District Lot

340, Group One, New Wastminster District shown within the heavy outline on a
reference plan certified by D.J. Dyck, British Columbia Land Surveyor, and dated

the tith day of February, 1986, a copy of which is attached hereto;

at or for the price or sum of $1.00 and in exchange for those certain parcels or
tracts of land described in the preceding Section hereof.

That portion of Road shown dedicated In District Lot 232, Group One, New Westminster
District, described in Section |! hereof, Is hereby closed and stopped up to traffic of

all kinds.
