perdod, the City may reduce the amount payable to the
Contractor pursuant to Section 4 of this Agreement by
NINETEEN DOLLARS AND TWENTY~SEVEN CENTS ($19.27) for

each hour lesa than 160 hours of monthly average service
during the first year ef this Agreement and thereafter the
hourly reductien sum shall be increased by five parcent
(54) in @ach ensuing yaar.

Ge All statutory payments and taxes in respect of payments

made under this Agreement shall be the responsibility of the Contractor,
and in the evant the City de required to make Statutory payments or tax
payments in relation to the Contractor the amount of the payment may be
deducted from payments due to the Contractor pursuant te this Agreement.

7. tin City shall axcusa the Contractor from the proviaion of
services for five (5) weeks each year during the term of this Agreement,
the time of such excusal to be fixed by the Centractor in consultation
with the Officer in Charge, provided that absences under this Paragraph’
shall not be taken dnto account in caleoulatdona under Paragraph 5.

8. The Contractor shall net, without the prior written
permission of tha City, directly or indiveactly engage in any business
which tay im the sole opinion of the City, conflict with the Contractor's

Obligationa under this Agreenant.

9. The Contractor shall submit to the Officer in Charge and

the City Administrater a menthly report dneluding hours of service
provided and programme activities, by the 20th day of aach following

month.
