Moved by Alderman Mabbett: Seconded by Alderman Laking: That the contract for repair, retrofit and addition to the retrofit house, 1915 Pitt River Road, Port Coquitlam, B.C., be awarded to Ramgren Construction Ltd. at a total cost of $37,200. and that the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to sign an agreement and that the funds be allocated in accordance with the Agreement between the City and the B.C. Ministry of Energy, Mines and Petroleum Resources as approved by City Council February 15, 1982. ‘The Committee also recommends that Council authorize the expenditure of up to $3,500. to cover the costs of the following options: blacktop, fencing and floor upgrading.
