That the Agreement between Edmund Schuster and Veronika Schuster
3239 Lancaster Street, Port Coquitlam, B.C., Karl Hoehn and Erna
Hoehn, 32629 Hacienda Place, Clearbrook, B.C. and The Corporation of
the City of Port Coquitlam wherein the said Edmund Schuster and
Veronika Schuster, Karl Hoehn and Erna Hoehn, grant a right~of-way
to the City over Lot 1, District Lot 379, Group One, Plan 3319, New
Westminster District to facilitate the public right of passage with

or without vehicles and the installation of works for general utility

purposes, be approved;

AND THAT His Worship the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to

execute the necessary Agreement, Plans, or other documents therefor

and affix the Corporate Seal thereto,
