Mrs. Evenson was present at the meeting and outlined the work presently being carried out by the Society and advised that at the present time there are six participants in the programme. Mr. and Mrs. Barnet, parents of two of the participants, also addressed the Council and stressed that the programme helps the participants build their independence. A brief discussion ensued concerning the various aspects of the programme. Moved by Alderman Keryluk: Seconded by Alderman Ranger: That a letter be written to Messrs.
