Prior to passage of the foregoing resolution, Alderman Laking
stated he was opposed to the time of "No Left Turn" regulations at
Shaughnessy Street and Elgin Avenue being extended from 4:00 p-m. to
6:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
