Re: Oxbow Housing Project

In the October 2nd meeting of the Planning and Zoning Committee, the Chairman
reported verbally on the discussion on the subject project at the Coquitlam
Advisory Planning Commission meeting of October lst which the Chairman was
invited to attend. A written report will be presented to Council by the
Chairman.

After a lengthy discussion on the Chairman's repurt, the Planning & Zoning
Committee recommended that the District of Coquitlam be requested to hold

the future Public Hearing on the subject project in Port Coquitiam so that the
residents of Port Coquitlam may have the opportunity to be informed of the
effects of this development on their community.
