Mr. Cross pointed out that persons cannot legally cross the railway tracks, so there would be no need to cross Davies Avenue. Mabbett, October 3rd, 1974, advising that at the request of residents in the 1700 block Jensen, the City Engineer and he had checked out street lighting, which was found to be up to the same standard as the majority of residential areas in the City, and recommending that on the vacant lot on the South side of Jensen the City immediately cut back the brush to the property line and also that the City write to the owner of the said lot requesting the immediate underbrushing of the lot in order that loitering, etc., can be reduced to a minimum. Mabbett, October 3rd, 1974, the City immediately cut back to the property line the brush on the vacant lot on the South side of the 1700 block Jensen Avenue3 AND THAT the By-law Enforcement Officer attempt to have the owner of the said lot immediately carry out underbrushing thereon in order that loitering, etc., can be reduced to a minimum.
