The Parks and Recreation Committee discussed the’ rental rates for
the Mabbett Room and feel that as costs are rising for wages, materials,
etc. that the rental rates for the Mabbett Room must’ also be increased.

RECOMMENDATION

The Parks and Recreation Committee recommend that the rental rates for the
Mabbett Room be raised by $15. 00.

1. Local Community Clubs $ 75. 00 $ 90. 00
2. Commercial Groups 125. 00 140. 00
3. Non~profit and non-fund raising
organizations where admission is
charged. : 40. 00 55. 00

NOTE: For each additional hour used after 1:00 A.M., there will be an
additional charge of $20. 00.

If a booking is made and then cancelled, security deposit is
forfeited.

Security deposit is paid at the time the room is booked.
Rent is to be paid two weeks before event is to be held.

Hall cannot be reserved any longer than six months in advance.
