That this application be approved to proceed for rezoning from RS-1 (Large Lot Residential) to RS-2 (Small Lot Residential) under Section 963 of the Municipal Act subject to: a) Completion of a subdivision design to the sa.isfaction of the Director of Planning; b) Satisfaction of Engineering Department requirements; c) Satisfaction of Building Department requirements at the time of Building Permit. d) The project being subject to the 1993 rates for Development Cost Charges; and e) Registration of a restrictive covenant on the properties to prevent new buildings from being converted to contain secondary suites. BACKGROUND : This application is to rezone the property at 1770 Langan Avenue from RS-1 (Large Lot Residential) to RS-2 (Small Lot Residential) to permit a 2~lot subdivision.
