A Public Hearing pursuant to Section 956 of the Municipal Act was held prior to the Council
Meeting of the Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam held in the Council Chambers, Port
Coquitlam City Hall, 2580 Shaughnessy Street, Port Coquitlam, BC on Monday, May 9, 1994, at
7:30 p.m.

Mayor L.M. Traboulay and Councillors M.D. Gates, M.J. Gordon, J.J. Keryluk, W,.W. Stewart,
R.H. Talbot and M.A. Thompson were in attendance.

Also in attendance were Acting City Administrator J.G.S. Maitland, City Clerk S. Rauh, City
Engineer LR. Zahynacz, Director of Community Planning C.R. Felip, Director of Parks and
Recreation K.J. Taylor, Director of Building Permits and Inspections J.D. Shardlow, and Deputy
Fire Chief G.W. Routley.
