DISCUSSION s

The project generally conforma to zoning regulations and the design
guidelines outlined in the Official Community Plan. Although some refinement
of the design is still required, (outdoor amenity area needs further design)
the project has a standard appropriate for this area. It is therefore,
recommended that this application be approved subject to the conditions noted
above, |
