ted): WE i, fis ai pan heen aN A Public Hearing pursuant to Section 956 of the Municipal Act was held prior to the Council Meeting of the Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam held in the Council Chambers, Port Coquitlam City Hall, 2580 Shaughnessy Street, Port Coquitlam, B.C. on Monday, November 9th, 1992, at 7:30 p.m. Mayor L.M. Traboulay and Councillors M.D. Gates, M.J. Gordon, R.H. Talbot, M.A. Thompson, and M.R. Wright were in attendance. Also in attendance were City Administrator B.R. Kirk, City Clerk S. Rauh, Deputy Engineer J.E. Yip, Director of Planning C.R. Felip, and Director of Building Permits and Inspections J. Shardiow. ) Mayor Traboulay advised the following proposed Bylaw would now be considered: Bylaw No. 2729 To revise the area extent of Development Permit Area "III" to that shown on the map attached to Council Agenda. Ms. Catherine Making, 3250 Fox Street, asked for clarification of how Development Permit Area III is being expanded. Councillor Wright provided an explanation. Ms. Margaret Bayanet, 3249 Fox Street, asked what changes were going to be made in the lane. Councillor Wright explained that Development Permit Area IJ does not include the lane. Mr: Bart Slotman, #19 - 3200 Westwood Street, inquired as to who initiated the Bylaw Amendment. Mayor Traboulay indicated that the Bylaw Amendment was initiated by the City.
