That Council pass a resolution authorizing the Planning Department to prepare Development Variance Permit 94/92 subject to: a. Submission of a subdivision plan to the satisfaction of the Director of Planning; “ b. Satisfaction of Engineering Department requirements; c. Submission of a conceptual subdivision layout for the balance of the blocks; and d. The applicant holding an information meeting for all property owners that may be affected. BACKGROUND: This application ia for a Development Variance to permit a parcel of land to be subdivided into two RS-1 lote, one of which would have 25 meters in depth. (28 metera is required under the Zoning Bylaw), COMMENTS FROM OTHER DEPARTMENTS : Engineering Department: 1. No services available or road access to Lot B; 2. Existing land allowance unopened; 3. Lot 8, Plan 19044 must be first subdivided and services installed before proposed Lot B is created.
