Freeman, City Clerk/ Deputy Administrator SUBJECT: Property Consolidation = 2275-95 Pirt River Road ¥, aad oy Mo wn RESOLUTION: THAT the consolidating subdivision plan of Lots 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, and 12, District Lots 174 and 289, Group 1, Plan 2080, New Westminster District, prepared by Johnson C. Tam, B.C.L.S., and dated December 12th, 1.991, wherein Lot “A" having an area of 0,2215 ha is created and a portion of the said property is dedicated as "Road", be approved; AND THAT the Mayor and Clerk are authorized to execute the documents necessary for the purposes aforesaid, affix the Corporate Seal of the City thereto, and make the necessary filings in the Land Title Office. BACKGROUND AND COMMENTS: A copy of the plan that would be approved by the resolution stated above follows. This comes before Council as a step preliminary to placing the property for sale as instructed by the Council on September 23rd, 1991.
