I have rot estimated any construction costs with these items and would suggest you have vour Consulting Engineer contact us to review each of them. The items are as follows: 1) Hawthorne Avenue adjacent to the site must be re-constructed to half road plus one metre in width. 2) Lane along western side of the development must be fully developed to full lane standards. In the seven metre City of Port Coquitlam Statutory Right of way along the north side of the site the following utilitics must be installed: a) Storm sewer - which accounts for all contributing area. b) Proposed water main. ¢) Full road standards. If it is your intention to utilize the Statutory Right of Way for emergency access by. fire trucks etc. you may wish to converse with the Fire Department to determine any additional standards or requirements they may have in this regard. Further, it would be prudent to check wa the Building Department to see if they have additional requirements for this Statutory Right of Way. | Cont'd .../2 lecycied Pansr
