Moved by Alderman Vright: Seconded by Alderman Cates That as recommended by the Director of Community Planning in his memorandum of November 3th, 1990 a Voluntary Development Wariance Permit be 2297 issued for 3373 Raleigh Street in the form appearing in the Agenda documents of this Council meeting. Moved by Alderman Gordon: Seconded by Alderman Gates: That a letter be sent from the City of Port Coquitlam requesting. an extension of a submission date, in regard to the new proposed Douglas Coilege Campus in Coquitlan. That the Special Needs Committee be responsible for preparing a submission with particular emphasis on a barrier free campus. Carried. From the City Engineer dated December 17th, 1990 regarding Undergrounding of Hydro Lines - Reeve Street Park. Moved by Alderman Gates: Seconded by Alderman Gordon: That the City of Port Coquitlam make an application for a grant in the amount of $40,000.00 under the B.C. Hydro Beautification Program for undergrounding existing overhead hydro distribution lines through Reeve Street Park.
