THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM

BYLAW NO.2470

A Bylaw to amend the “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240”

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in
Open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

ee : . Ll. Section 1003(2) of “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240” is ; .
ee : amended by redesignating paragraph (e) as paragraph (f) and adding the
Pe following provision as paragraph (e):

"(e) accessory offices for the foregoing uses, provided that such offices
shall be located in the principal building and shall not exceed sixty
percent of the gross floor area of that building."

| 2. This Bylaw may be cited for ail purposes as the “Port Coquitlam Zoning
Loo: Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1989, No. 2470".

Read a second time by the Municipal Council this 20th day of November, 1989.
