only the soft drink products of C.C. Bottling Co. Consolidated
Ltd., we will loan one (1) Scoretec 770 Hockey Scoreboard
complete with Coca-Cola advertising to Port Coquitlam Arena
for a period of -ier +6 years.

The total cost to C.C. Bottling Co. Consolidated Ltd.
will be $6,695. Installation costs will be borne by Port
Coquitlam Arena.

However, in the event that Port Coquitlam Arena wishes
to discontinue purchasing C.C. Bottling Co. Consolidated
Ltd.'s products on an exclusive basis, then Port Coquitlam
Arena agrees to purchase the Scoretec 770 at a pro-rated value
