8. Seaboard has until the end of the tenth (loth)
year of the tearm of this Agreement the right to notify the
Gity that tha term shall be automatically axtended for an
additional five (5) years and, if Seaboard axearcises its
Option to renew and, for the full term of fifteen (15) years
fulfills all contractual abligationa contained herein,
Seaboard shall retain ownership of all bus shelters upon the
expiration of tha tearm of this Agreement an axtendad, it
being underatood that if for any reason Saahoard faila to
remove ail bua shelters within six (6) montha of the
expiration of tha taxm of this Agxreament as extended and no
new contract ig nagotiatad, the City shall automatically
become the sole owner of all bus ghalters and Seaboard shall
lose all right, title and interest to each of tham,

9, If for any reagon Seaboard fails within the above
mantionad ten (10) yaar term to exeraiae its option te renew
this Agreamant for the additional pariod of five (5) years,
the sole ownership of all bus shelters shal automatically
vast in the City and Seaboard shall loam all right, title
and interest to each of than,

10, Seabvard covenants and agraaa to provida for the
City's usa, without charge to the City, an amount of
advartising space not axceading ten Percent (104) of the
total advertising spaca covered by the agraement subject to
tha City notifying Seaboard, in writing, at least thirty
(30) days but no norm than sixty (60) days in advance of
advertising space requizementa and Provided that the
advertiging space is available at the time of notification,
Tt 4a understood by the City that the heretofore stated
advertising space will not be used for advertising a private
commercial venture but may be used for the display of public
Servica notices, and/or the advartiaing of festivals,
parades, concerts, and/or other events of common interest to
the citizens of the Clty of Port Coquitlam, aa approved hy
the City. It ia further understood by tha City that
advertising copy of a comparable technical quality to that
displayed by Seaboard shall be provided by the City at the
coat and expense of the City.

ll, Seaboard indemnifias tha City and saves it
harmless from any and all liability whatsoaver ariging as a
result of tha existence of a bus shelter, including its
Construction, maintenance, location, relocation or removal,
