SUBJECT: Application to subdivide by strata plan an
existing industrial development at 1971 ~- 1973
McLean Avenue.

LEGAL
DESCRIPTION: Remainder of Lot 2, District Lot 382, Plan 6787.

BACKGROUND: The industrial development in question consists
of four separate buildings. ‘The application is
to convert them into strata units with three of
the four buildings further divided into four
smaller units each making a total of 13 strata
units.

The Planning Department has contacted all tenants.
While some have expressed interest in purchasing
none have objection to the strata application.

It is noted that there are several infractions
in connection with the development They are,
however, relatively minor.

RECOMMENDATION:

The Planning and Zoning Committee at its January

18th, 1978 meeting attended by Alderman Ranger,
Alderman Thompson, L.D. Pollock, and L. Lee, dealt

with this strata application and the Committee
recommends approval subject to satisfactory arrange-

ment to rectify the infractions.
