Thank you fer your lotter dated August 23rd regarding the Reeve
Street site (Port Coquitlam City Centre).

The Board of School Trustees has considered the appraised value of
the property and also information discussed by your Mr. Lee and our
Mr. Ingra regerding the possible seed for the site in the future.
Since it is very unlikely that the aite will be needed for elemextary
echool purposes in the future, the Board has decided that it will not
purchase it at this time.

It 19 understood that the City will not be selling the Property and

that there is a strong possibility that should it be needed in tae
future, it would still be available for purchase by the Board,
