/8. November 10th, 1975 That Land Use Contract No. 13, being the schedule next to the "Land Use Contract No. 13 Authorization By-law, 1975, No. 1388", be amended in the following manner: A. That Clause (b) of Section 13 be struck out and the following substituted: "(b) As security for the due and proper performance of all the covenants and agreements in this Contract contained, the developer covenants and agrees to deposit with the Municipality by Letter of Gredit the sum of $19,000.00 drawn on the Bank of British Columbia." B. That Section 14 be struck out and the following be substituted therefore: "14. The developer further covenants and agrees to contribute forthwith to the Municipality the sum of $36,960.00 being the net total of those amounts set out in Section "B" of Appendix Il hereto, required to defray the excessive cost incurred by the Municipality for the purposes set out herein and which the Municipality covenants and agrees to apply to the cost of those works and services set out in the said Section "B" of Appendix II hereto."
