setiesanaeneaes ea BY a 5 g THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM NOTLCE OF PUBLIC HEARING ZONING BY-LAW The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam will hold a Public Hearing in the Council Chambers, Port Coquitlam City Hall, 2272 McAllister Avenue, Port Coquitlam, B. C. on Monday, November 25th, 1974, at 7:30 p.m. to consider the following proposed by~laws to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1969, No. 918": 1. By-law No. 1334: to provide: (a) a definition of "Usable Open Space" and a requirement therefor in certain Zones. (b) a requirement. for landscaping and screening in certain Zones. (c) altered yard requirements in certain Zones. ‘ All property in the City wiil be affected by one or more of the ‘provisions contained in By-law No. 1334. , ‘ : 2. By-law No. 1335: To repeal the present Zone Designation of M-1 (Service Industrial) and M~2 (General Industrial) and the regulations therefor and create new Industrial Zone designations of M-1 (General Industrial), M-2 (Heavy Industrial), and M-3 (Special Industrial) aad enact regualtions therefor covering permitted uses, conditions of use, yard requirements, off-street parking and loading, and certain other matters that may be lawfully regulated in a Zoning By-law. All property in the City presently zoned M-1 (Service Industrial) or M-2- (General Industrial) will be affected by one or more of the provisions contained in By-law. No. 1335. 3. By-law No. 1339: - fo rezone the property described hereunder from M-1 (Service Industrial to the zones hereinafter set forth: : (a) Lots 1, 2 & 3, District Lot 379, Group 1, Plan 1781, New - Westminster District, to the M~3 (Special Industrial) Zone proposed to.be established under the terms of By-law No. 1335 mentioned above. _(b) Lot 63, District Lot 379, Group 1, Plan 27948, New. Westminster District, to the M-3 (Special Industrial) Zone proposed to be established under the terms of By-law No. 1335 mentioned above. (c) Parcel "Tt" (Pian with Charge Deposited 5541C) District Lot 379, Group 1, New Westminster District, to the M-3 (Special Industrial) Zone proposed to be established under the terms of By-law No. 1335 mentioned above. , That Part of Lot 6, District Lot 379, Group 1, Plan 3158, New Westminster District now zoned M-1 (General. Industrial) to the M-3 (Special Industrial) Zone proposed to be established under the terms of By-law No. 1335 mentioned above; except for a small portion of the said property lying adjacent to the Coquitlam River which is to be rezoned A~1l (Agricultural). The property above described is located on the South side of the 2500 block Davies Avenue and has the civic addresses 2526, 2536, 2592, and 2596 Davies Avenue. Copies of the proposed By~laws may be seen in the Office of the City Clerk, Port Coquitlam City Hall, at the address given above, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 pom. ~ on working days - from November 14th to November 25th, 1974.
