The above-noted By-law affects all property in the City bearing the

Zone Designations set out therein and the Council presently has applications
before it requesting permission to establish the Uses of Out of School Day Care
and Family Day Care combined for a maximum of four children at Suite 107 - 2048
Manning Avenue and Family Day Care for a maximum of three children at 3546 Flint
Street.

Copies of the proposed By-law may be inspected or obtained in the office
of the City Clerk, Port Coquitlam Cicy Hall, at the address given above, between
the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 Pem. ~ on working days ~ from November 29th to
December 10th, 1973.

All persons who deem their interest in property affected by the

proposed by~law shall be afforded an Cpportunity te be heard at the Public

Hearing on matters contained in the by-law.
