THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAP! PARKS AND RECREATION COMMITTEE of the Parks and Recreation Committee was held in the Port Coquitlam Recreation Office on Wednesday, February 22nd. In attendance were Alderman Keryluk, Alderman Farnworth and K. Janna Taylor, Parks and Recreation Director. A meeting CONFIPJAATION OF MINUTES That the minutes of the meeting of. the Parks a Pecreation held on Wednesday, February 15th, be taken as read and adopted. Item No. 1 Carried Reeve Street Park Proposed Soccer Field Progress Report: 1. Preliminary drawings completed. 2. Organic material presently being removed at the site. Once this is completed, detailed drawings will be finalized. Parking lot. Janna Taylor presented four possible site plans for the parking lot. Committee agreed with Site 4, which essentially makes one larqe parking lot (joining the existing one with the proposed new one) . This matter will be taken to Council for approval.
