Chong reminded the Committee members of the voluminous amount of background informat ion pertaining to the non-smoking He suggested to the Committee members that Dr. by aw proposa . Arnei I, Director for the local Simon Fraser Health Unit, be invited to the next Committee meeting to present his views. It was po inted out that Dr. Arnei had undergone several successful campaigns to bring in non smoking by laws for different areas of British Columbia and that his knowledge in this area should be shared with the Committee members. The Committee agreed that Dr. Arneil be invited to attend its next meeting to di cuss this I I I — matter further.
